4 days dieting and counting.
Weight last week... (3 days before I started the Atkins diet), I weighed 286.
Weight today, 282...
ok, The Atkins stuff I read said you will have funky breathe after you reach ketosis (spelled right?). It has been so bad today that I can smell it myself! lol
gross huh!
