Good Deal deaglos...you have to take in some type of fuel in order to burn calories.
if you skip meals...your fat burner slows down
I woke up Monday 3 lbs lighter than I was over the weekend...and today.. 1 lb lighter than yesterday......I weighed 144 this morning
I still want to shed 10-15 lbs....125 - 130 is a good weight for my short self!

Each person will differ. Your goal is to actually find your own #. The suggested starting point for 2 weeks of induction (you can stay on it longer if you wish) is 20 carbs per day.
After the two weeks, or the length of your induction period, you can add 5 carbs per day. Then 3rd week, add another 5 carbs per day, so now your up to 30 carbs per day. Once you stop losing, then you drop back down to the previous # - that is YOUR critical #. This period is OWL - ongoing weight loss.
The KEY is to add back in the good carbs, and let them be from the allowed foods. The Atkins side will show you all the phases.
http://www.atkins.com/articles/nutritional-approach
Once you get close to your goal, you would start increasing by 10lb increments. Then you find the # to help you maintain. Once you claim goal if you ever gain 5lbs back, you can go back on induction until you drop it.

today I had a granola bar and my coffee for breakfast.
My one Pepsi and a little michelo angelo or what ever the name is Manicotti, and a little bag of frito's for lunch.
Dinner tonight will be a good chefs salad (currently boiling Eggs) using some of the roast from last night and mixing in alot of good veggies.
Currently at 9125 steps

I'm starving. I had Diet Dr. Pepper, baloney (yeah I know that's not the correct spelling), and some SF caramel candy from the Dollar Store. Yummy, huh ? Maybe I'll have something good for dinner.

There are several websites, but some are linked to chat boards. This is the BEST one IMHO: http://genaw.com/lowcarb/
