I learned long ago if you pay for something you will usually just fall back when paying is done, but if you do it for you then it will stick longer.

I quit smoking over 12 years ago cold turkey and never used pills patches or anything like that, just will power.

Much cheaper and works better.

My total Goal is 75 lbs

True it is DG, but my main point is you really have to want it to begin with.  Most people say they want to quit, but always have a reason why they cant.

I so agree with you.  I really want this but I have no support in my family and now with this and people to talk to I think I could do great.  Im kind of a person that needs the support system.

Let me put in my 2 Cents... *pulling on my jeans*  LOL

As you all know, I do Weight Watcher's.  All the other little gimmic diets, like Nutrisystem and Jenny Craig... are crap.  They supply you the food.

But what happens when you reach your goal?  You go back to your old eating habits and you gain it all back and then some.  Why?  Because they did not teach you how to eat healthy and right.

Me?  I love WW's.  You can eat anything you want as long as it is within your daily points.  And the cost is not as extreme as the others.

WW's has a Spring Special where you can get 10 Weeks for $100 with no Registration Fee.  Or... you can go ahead and pay for 1 FULL YEAR for I think, $365!  That is saving some money right there!

WW's helps you out and starts everyone on their goals.

They say you should set your first goal as 10% of your body fat (weight)  So take what you weigh and divide it by 10%.  That should be your 1st Goal.

If you set extreme Goals for yourself, you are going to get frustrated, stressed out, and give up.  Set smaller goals, you reach and accomplish them, and the motivation you need, kicks in.

Before I started this, I was only eating twice a day.  Lunch and Dinner.  I eat 6 Times a day now.  Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner, and Dessert Snack.   And it is working for me.

You should have atleast 5-6 Veggies/Fruits a Day.  Not Seperately.  Like, you could eat 3 Veggies and 2 Fruits.  Atleast 6 - 8 oz Glasses of Water a Day, 2 Oils a Day, and 2 Milk Products a Day.

I am down 39 LBS in 11 Weeks26 LBS More and I will have a Total Weightloss of 65 LBS.  How crazy is that?  Seriously.

I have 2 Friends that have now started WW's b/c they have seen my successes!

Dieting is all about Controlling your Portion Sizes and your Calorie Intake.

Take for Example:

This is a dinner from Applebee's Weight Watcher's Menu that I like...

Looks good doesn't it!  LOL  Diet's DO NOT MEAN, Crackers and Water.  You can eat whatever you want AS LONG AS you learn to portion it all out.  This is one of my Food Journal Days...

I hope some of this helps!  Good Luck to Everyone!
