as an employee at Kangaroo Jakes I understand where parents are coming from about different subjects such as phone calls and scheduling times for the bots and velcro wall. Everyone there is working as hard as they can to keep the business running and answering everyones phone calls. However, as a new business, as Gene said there are a few bumps along the way. The bots and the velcro wall are not just as simple as having someone there to run it all the time. It is a major strain on the back and can be very difficult to operate in the physical sense. Please just hang in there with us as we work things out. Again we are all trying very hard to please the community and we want you to love it just as much as we do.
