How come adults can go on but if you are 12 and under, you have to be under 5 feet?

I think it's just taking a little time to get everything just right.  We had a party there this past weekend and overall it was great, the kids loved it.  There was a few issues, I just think they need a little more time to get organized.

Thanks Deaglos!  I haven't been on in a while because I've been so busy.

I wish everything worked out as perfectly as planned, but alas it doesn't.  We have 2 education majors and one former teacher.  The education majors we initially hired needed the majority of the summer off because they were local college students heading back home.  So I hired a large group of CPR certified people and will have more education majors once college starts back.   Some of our people are young, but we want that enthusiasm of youth...

As for those who seem bothered by the children, I'd love a PM with a description of the person so I can take care of the issue.  Trust me, we have over 100 applications and take more daily, so there is no room for those who think children are a bother.

The Botz machine as well as the Velcro wall are big hits and in a perfect world, we'd have them both open at all times.   The problem is that we would have to have more staff on hand to do so.  I recognize the issue and a schedule is likely the answer, but if we are to stick to a strict schedule, it would limit the amount of children that could use it during each session and that, too, would frustrate parents and children alike.

We've hit our bumps to be sure, but we're working out the kinks still.  We've only been open 3 weeks so we're not quite at the top of the learning curve yet.  I appreciate constructive criticism and will do all I can to fix any problems that exist.

Not sure where that is coming from.  We have a minimum height requirement for certain inflatables, but no maximum.  Let me know where you heard/saw this.

The way it stands is that no one there seems to interested in calling us back about a party. So we probably will just go elsewhere that wants to schedule a party.

Our amazing party coordinator is on vacation currently and our backup folks are struggling apparently.  There's no excuse, I just wanted to let you know the likely cause.  I will be glad to give my cell phone number to anyone who PM's me for personalized service.

I hope that a missed call back doesn't keep anyone away.  We put a lot into making this place special and as I've explained, we've been open 3 weeks and are still learning.

For this situation and any other that has arisen or will arise in the future, the one thing that is certain is that I will bend over backwards to make it right.

I can vouch that Gene is trying his best in the short time he has had so far.  Heck they even donated a mass amount to the library for the kids, and being a new business that is a very hard donation to make.  I say before you write the place off, go down look around, hell ask for Gene and he will give you the same tour he gave me if he has time, and show you all they have done with the place.  The storage facility is awesome.
