We are opening Kangaroo Jake's, an indoor inflatable paradise for kids here in Rome.  We have 20,000 square feet (think of a football field) with 15 ginormous inflatables, 5 party rooms that accomodate up to 50 kids, a comfy parent's lounge with plasma TV's, nice couches/chairs, wi-fi access and public access computers in case you forget your laptop.

We also have concessions and we've tried not to fill it with only junk food.  There will be the usual -  hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, sno kones -  but in addition we have a fresh juice machine, homemade smoothies, green tea and other healthy snack options.  We will brew Starbuck's coffee exclusively with all your favorite flavorings available.  The pizza we serve won't be the typical frozen variety found at most concession areas...we've partnered with Eddie at Bella Roma to provide authentic, hand made Italian pizzas that we will cook on site.

For the kid's safety we're hiring only early childhood education majors from the local colleges.  Our inflatables aren't just slides and bouncing boxes either.  For example, one of the games called Botz places the kids in inflatable suits to wrestle around.  There are also inflatables for 3 and under children that are smaller and allow for easy access for the parents to participate with them.

We've spared no expense and really hope we've filled a need here in Rome.  We hope to see each and every RNW subscriber there.

WOW !!  sounds wonderful !  I'm glad there is a place such as this in Rome, nice, clean play area for the kids!  I'm also glad you are hiring college kids with majors in education to help out with the kids. Again, welcome !

We'll be open 7 days per week.  M-Th 10 am til 6 pm.  F-Sa 10 am - 8 pm, Sun 1-5.

We're in the Armuchee Village (you used to know it as the Food Lion Complex).

Our Grand Opening is May 15th.  We're excited about it!

Can't wait!  My daughter was devastated when Treasure Island closed down and she will be so happy when we go to Kangaroo Jake's.

Thank you all for your support.  I'm one of those people that goes to bed thinking about it and wakes up at an unreasonable time to begin working on it again.

Please don't hesitate to ask questions if you have them.

...and speaking of clean, we have contracted Swisher cleaning to ensure that the children with a runny nose don't create 30 children with a runny nose.  The treatments we use are patented and are capable of killing almost every known germ around.

$7 to get in.  There will be discounts during the week and discounts for the those under age 4, but we haven't hammered those prices down yet.  I'll definitely post them once we do.

As part of my research I visited Monkey Joe's in Kennesaw.  They run a very similar business to Kangaroo Jake's and it was $9.23 per child there, so I believe our pricing is very fair.  Less than a trip to the movies, and you can get Starbucks coffee with us!

Any age or weight restrictions?  Would love to bring our class of 7 but some are on the "large" side.  This sound like a GREAT place.  Indoors for the adults, lots of activity to wear out the kids!!
