Yeah, I'm curious too. I worked there for about four yrs. a couple of yrs. back and I couldn't even tell you what Eric Steunkel (?) looks like, muchless the security guys.
lol. I know exactly what Kurt Steunkel looks like because I don't bother going through channels to complain....lol

To Kathy, Jennifer and RGS:
I happen to not be a nurse and also I never park anywhere outside of the parking deck. When I call security the only person ever there is Sherry. I even worked in the ER for 6 months and never even seen anyone other than Sherry, with the exception of the ones who work the floor. I have read this forum for a long time. One of the first members, never really argue with anyone and to be accused of things when you know nothing about me is really a disgrace. I thought you people here were good and kind people, but to judge others of their common knowledge is not your place. Last time I checked, you only know people who work here at Floyd. I personally think that Security is fine. I just made the statement that I had been here and did not know whom the director is. If I wanted to go to the director, I would have not known who to go to. I would have had to call Sherry.
Thats my two cents worth! With that said, I believe I'll join Stoker in saying that all you people do is whine and complain. Never doing anything to fix the problems here in Rome. Thankfully I only work here.

What are you REALLY angry about?
Forums are for discussions. You won't like every discussion, or comment, and neither will someone else. It's OPINIONS.
Personally, I think personal attacks are uncalled for, but to discuss a topic on the forum means the good, bad, and ugly of the subject matter.
What works for me, is agree to disagree.

Don't get upset Dadisgirl, we do value your opinion, most of the ppl arguing with you are new,look at their join date, and you know RGS argues with everyone. I agree if you work for security, like most officers then you should know who the director is.Only reason i know who he is, is because i met his mother once on an ambulance call and she told me who he was and where he worked, there are many nurses on the floor , at night mostly who have no clue who head of security is. All i'm saying is just don't take it to heart, once this topic is over all the ppl arguing with you will go away, and we'll still be here for you to talk to.

Yeah! I truly didn't mean to be rude and mean. I was just asking ANYBODY that is whining if they needed cheese with it. I apologize if you took it personal.

It looks like dadigurl was so offended that she left the forum. I'm sorry to see that happen.
FYI, I don't work at FMC, but I work at Hutcheson, which is smaller. I've been there over a year and couldn't tell you who the Director of Security is over there, or if there even is one. There are several security guards, whom I recognize, that spend much of their on-duty time in the ER, where I would assume they would do the most good inside of the hospital. The executives can change on a daily basis and I sincerely doubt that I would even notice.... HOWEVER.... I can tell you more about the comings and goings of our patients, which in my mind is a more important undertaking.

I think that those guy do a really good job!------if u wrk nights you prob wouldn't know the director of most of the departments there are over 1500 employed (ithink) so what is is big deal if u don't know 1 person lol
