Oh! Just a typical politician. I bet he's very sorry(that he got caught). Less patrol vehicles lead to less coverage which means the units that are there will only be able to practice reactive patrol. ( that means they will get there well after the incident). I remember a man in Texas who shot two robbers a while back. :DThe dispatcher was taking his time getting units on the way.(maybe they were under the same type situation there maybe, Maybe not) The point is you may have to hold the fort on your own. Know what I mean?:shock:
