GSP released their dash cam video of Former Judge Carlton Vines' DUI late last year. Channel 3 News from Chattanooga has the slightly edited video.
Even though it's 14 mins. long, you have to watch it. It's sooo funny!

Can you believe it sounded like he thought they would just let him walk home? And where were his license? I didn't realize you could refuse to do a sobriety test. But you go to jail either way I guess?

I've heard from a guy I was talkin to who lives in Chattooga that this was a common occurance with this man and that the only reason he was prosecuted this time is the wreck that he had just been involved in and the fact that the state patrol were the ones investigating it.

| I've heard the same thing and believe it. I had a relative who was stopped and told to go home all the time. Dead from a DUI wreck. I guess he knew the wrong people in town.
