Would be funny if it were not so true!!!

My father-in-law had prostate  surgery.
We  brought him  to  the hospital at 7:30  a.m.,
and he was operated on at  eight.

We were   amazed when the hospital called
at  noon to tell us he could  go  home.

Two months later our bloodhound, Bo,
also had prostate surgery.

When I brought him in, I asked the
veterinarian what time I should pick him up.

The vet told me Bo would remain overnight

"Overnight?" I said,
"My father-in-law came home
the same day."

The vet looked at me and  said,
"Bo's not on Medicare!"

if your'e gonna attempt to insult someone, SURELY you can do better than that....................................in a building full of books, videos, tapes, computers and reference libraries of all sorts, CERTAINLY an intelligent man can come up with something better than "I'm rubber, you're glue".......................

Put it this way...................................................I really don't think anyone does a good job at insulting me, unless it gains a moderator's attention LOL :D

Why not reinstitute the C.C.C.  If you are healthy and dont work..... welfare is living in a tent(no rent) eating from a soup line and picking up garbage, paving a road, or digging a ditch for a few bucks a month.

Give the honest people who worked for a living what they deserve, help the disabled and head shoot the cheaters.

I have a neighbor who is perfectly healthy doesn't work (33 years old) and recieves welfare... WTF?   The other day I was in the grocery store buying only the essintials (because thats all I can afford since I only work 2 jobs) and this P.O.S. is checking out in the next lane with 2 buggys full of good stuff ie. steak, pork chops, bacon, cokes, etc. and pays for it with a food stamp card.  WTF?

We have already discussed about how we should implement this plan of Roosevelt's New Deal here in Rome.  Many agreed.  Capt. Tim Farrell (Salvation Army)  has implemented a small scale program of this nature and is doing a trial run.  I would like to know how it is going!

Have no problem with that quote, but unfortunately we as a society seem to continue to put the evil in charge. There needs to be a total reform in our government, if not the we will not have to worry about terrorist because we will eventually self-destruct.
