Fredy, are you up there with me?
Actually, I don't think 50 will hit me nearly as hard as 30 did. In reality, I'm living the life of a much younger person anyhow. My husband is much younger than I am and I had my last child when I was 39 years old. I can't go rock on the porch yet because I still have too much on my plate to finish.... but maybe someday!! LOL.

You're right. 10 is definitely not enough. I'm going through and reading everybody's favorites, saying to myself.... OMG, how could I forget about Lenny Kravtiz, Rush (who I absolutely loved), Pat Benetar, Bob Seger,....... it is definitely too hard to pick all of them.
I think I have heard of all of the artists/songs except for the one you had Southern Rain: Linger by the Cranberries. I just watched/listened to it on YouTube and it is absolutely wonderful. Glad you mentioned it so I could take a listen.
Here's a few more I thought of:
My Best Friend's Girl: The Cars
Don't Fear the Reaper: Blue Oyster Cult
Nights in White Satin: The Moody Blues
Breakfast in America: Supertramp
Black Water: Doobie Brothers
Probably not really considered rock, but I really liked anything by The Cure.
More than a feeling: Boston
Hotel California: Eagles
Dream On: Aerosmith.
My very first concert ever was about 1975 in Rockford, Illinois. Cheap Trick was the opening act for AC/DC.

| My first concert was Atlanta Rhythm Section in Rome, GA. I still love "SPOOKY" one of my favorites that I left off. Can't remember exact date sometime in the 70's. I was like 14. Last edited on Wed Apr 2nd, 2008 06:12 pm by ever123

Just by looking at your list, I'm going to predict that you would know of Iron Butterfly and In-a-gadda-da-vida. I was pretty young, but I definitely remember it. Do you?
