I am wondering if the rumors you are talking about, are the the ones I have heard. We all know "Ole Jim" liked and trusted him enough to give him the job. May just be rumors or may be true ,but since I dont know for sure I wont repeat what I have heard. My best advice to the ones running for Office "Keep It Clean". We are tired of the dirty politics and mudslinging. Kevin can see by the post here that we are tired of it. How about running on a platform. Give us the ideas that think you can better "The Office" with. And for the love of God please dont tell me you just want to go "Back to the Basics". Tell us why you will make a better choice.
Just a thought of mine, But why were not all the other people reported in the paper who were late on or who havent paid their past taxes? I am very confident that there are other people in this county who were late or still havent paid their taxes. When will the article be coming out about them. Why isnt our current" Appointed Tax Commissioner " out doing something about it. I know it's because of the way "OLE JIM" showed him. Some folks you dont try to collect on. If RN-T took in on themselves they should have reported everyone else.They should report on the who are just more than a little late. The answer is pretty evident. Somebody saw competition and freaked out called the paper hoping to stop it. I bet the others are wishing that the article hadnt been printed . It should be shining light on them now. Ill bet you one thing , Ron Morris got a whole bunch more support just because of that article. Ill bet that was not the reaction the someone hoped the article would generate. In the words of my hero"OH CRAP". Take care keep it clean boys. I promise we will be watching.

I replied to the wrong person. read posts and you will find a duplicate to the person speaking about pearl harbor, the bomb, and K.P. being ****. This is a little out there. I think their both playing dirty. We deserve the truth! Don't waste our time w/ ugly untruth's. I apoligize again.

If you know facts then by all means share them!!!!!!! Why would you think we are doomed in either choice. At least Ron was honest he said that he was unaware of the outstanding taxes. He also stated he had other business partners, but he didn't choose to try and mudsling on them. I familiar with a couple of his partners and they seem to be good people. I feel that this was an oversight in business. He ensured the taxes were paid, maybe a little late but paid. How many others that our past and present person filling that tax commissioner slot let go un-noticed or un-reported to R-NT. H*LL I was late one year (Honest Mistake) but I didn't see my picture in the paper, But of course I wasn't running for office.

Where did this come from??? I have read everything above this post and don't see anyone stating this. This, to my knowledge is the first time I have seen this on the wire. I have heard this before and about his mentor, but passed it off as a rumor as "a surely not!!!" Any truth to it??? Anyone Know??? Sounds like some of that Logcabin stuff!
Again, I say that this kind of crap is why nobody wants to run for office and we are just feeding into this frenzy!

Heck I could really care less if someone is gay striaght black white or even purple.
If they have the best credentials I will vote for them. Granted I know this is not on the one running, but had to voice my opinion.
As for taxes, I bet everyone has run behind at one time or another, by forgetting, or just having to wait an extra week to have the money to afford to pay the dang bill.
These are all crap items trying to stir people up so they have something to grumble about. The people that dig these facts up, are the same ones that really care if Brittney is in rehab again or not, I know I sure dont.

Gob That is too funny! "The Enola Gay" was the airplane that dropped the atomic bomb on Japan. "lil boy" and "fat man" were the names of the bombs. What does Pearl Harbor have to do with alternative lifestyle???
