If they had just gone ahead and shot him, would have made everyone happy? Jez, we really do have plenty of other things to worry about. don't we?

Yes there are many other items for our attention, but the reason this one is so large is that it is a person trusted with our community in his hands.  How can we trust the banker who was caught stealing even a buck for a snack from a vending machine?

Like wise how can we trust decisions for our community as a hwole on a liar?

We could do like the rest of the county commision and try to sweep it under the rug but then we'd just have a lumpy rug. Georgia has recently passed stronger laws against people driving with no licence or insurance, I fought diligently to help get those laws passed. I'm not a person of importance, I am just a citizen of this country and this state who believes our laws should be not only followed but enforced.

To find out that a person in an elected position, who knows the law, is and has been knowingly breaking it for six or seven years brought it to my attention. We each pick our battles, this is one of mine.

When it comes to cops and road blocks, status does have its perks...case in point...while living in Knoxville, TN. My husband knew several on the force.  In one section of town the police were instructed not to pull over anyone going into one particular area late at night because people of status lived there and it would not look good to pull over these people and charge them with DUI, no insurance, etc.....

However, they could pull over as many as they like leaving the area.

When it comes to driving without insurance:  I will need KennysGirl to back me up on this one.  She is a better expert than I am.
You can not drive if your license is currently suspended. You will need to wait until it is reinstated.  Many insurance companies will let you buy insurance with a suspended license if you will be getting it reinstated soon.  However, his wife can get insurance on any vehicle, but Fricks, should be written down as an excluded driver because of the suspension.  Many times they will not inform the insurance companies that he will be driving the car also. Therfore his MVR will not be ran by the insurance company.
