Me too!  We packed a picnic lunch and spent the day there.  Tried to do a little fishing, but my girls were in the creek scaring the fish away.  ( that's my excuse and I ain't ashamed to use it.)  Actually caught several, but they weren't much bigger than the cricket I was using for bait.  LOL.

Pigeon Mountain has several trails ranging in difficulty.  I like the Rocktown Trail.  It's an easy hike which leads to some incredible rock formations, which lots of folks climb.  Very pretty place.  This area also has several caves for spelunking... something I would like to try someday.  Here's a link:
