I understand what your talking about stoker. But the bad thing about it is if they did, it wouldn't very long before somebody in the neighborhood called in and complained on them.

Better than complaining about the keg of roofing nails that fell off the back of my truck.  LOL

LOL, might not slow em down when they first go thru but it sure will slow em down the next morning.
