I know some of the images are hard to see. We have ALOT of clean up and work to do on this house. It looked like the bedrooms just need new ceilings and walls and alot of clean up. The living room is the worst. Rusty has collected alot of stuff and the majority will need to be thrown away. He did say he only has 4 dogs now, he went to his eval yesterday and will be going to group therapy every week. If anyone would like to stop by and talk to him, bring him food, etc, I am sure he would greatly appreciate it. The pictures are great tereca, you did an excellant job. For those of you who want to help, we are still trying to get a dumpster and we will need folks with shovels and heavy gloves to start with. We have tentively set the weekend after the 4th for the clean up but if we get a dumpster sooner, it certainly wouldn't hurt for some of us to start earlier. TJ really has his work cut out for him and he will need all the help he can get.

I have just gotten off the phone with Danny Mulkey with AAA Environmental Waste and he has been working in Alabama. He had not had a chance to go by Rusty's house but he said he will go by there is just a little bit and let me know something. He seems to be a very nice man, keep your fingers crossed that he will be able to see his way clear to help us out with a roll off dumpster.

OK. We're not shovel people but we can use brooms. How about bringing drinks or something for the work crews? Meanwhile, next week, we'll take him some easy food. Does he cook with anything, like a campstove, or simply eat sandwiches? I don't want to take him junk food.

i dont see how he would be able to cook....not even sure if he has a cooler. i would take him things that he doesnt have to eat up or cook

My mom used to put cans of soup outside on very hot days. By the end of the day, she'd open them and we'd eat them just like that. And that's way back in the days when it was condensed soup. Wonder how we grew up..... ha ha ha ha ha
