I am seriously interested in someone else, just about anyone else, filling the seat occupied by Fricks. And then the other commissioners who agree that he has not done 'any big deal' also need to be replaced.

Can you imagine how many people across the state are laughing at our politicians here in Floyd County? And laughing at us because we have them? The sad part is that the laughing doesn't hurt near as bad as the truth behind it....

So when will we know who this write in candidate is?

If he or she is waiting to get the 2000 signatures before revealing him or herself, would it not help him/her to annouce in order to get signatures?????

If all these people want to vote for someone else than Fricks, then why in the hay didn't they put their hat in the ring and run themselves!!  If they are so unhappy they should have gotten behind another candidate!  Now they speak.  Too Funny, everythings normal.

What seems to be normal is that the commissioner and county manager(asst) can't or could not control their on actions, so how in the H**l are they going to control whats best for floyd county........

So.  Why didn't all these folks complaining now run for his seat?  It is a free country and they could have run themselves instead of their mouths now.

Actually, that was meant for another thread. I didn't go back and check after I posted it and can't think of which thread it was in fact meant to go on. That being said, there was probably good reason for it, but after a few days it just isn't worth the effort to fix it.   Glad you're not going to lose any sleep.:D
