this is so sad if she did pass away. i know she will have a better life with God. the parents will need all the support and love they can get.

this is just tragic...i hope to God she didnt pass, and things will get better. This is an unimaginable thing and is something that no one needs to go through. may God bless them...

I have also heard that there is no flow of blood to the brain and the family is deciding what to do. May God give the Silvers peace and understanding in this terribly difficult time.

I don't know the family, but I do know Gail Silver. She is what my grandmother would call good people. This news is just awful.

Ok. Sadly enought it is confirmed. Avery has passed. She has no brain activity. However It will be a few days until anything else happens. As far as i know they are still there at the hospital. So continue to pray for them and their family. They will be needing everyones prayers in this tough time. They are an extremely loving family and would love to have anyones support.

The doctors will have to do more testing after the medicine has gone out of her system. So this coule be 1-3 days. I was updated after the update.

Ok, I'm a little confused. I read that she has passed, but then something else about 1-3 days while medicine works through her system. Do you mean that clinically she is brain dead, but still on life support? I have 2 children and cannot imagine what Ryan and Lauren are going through. I went to school with Ryan, although he is a year or two younger than me. Many prayers continue to go up on behalf of the entire Silver family.

here is the copy and paste version directly from the source... "HERE IS THE FINAL UPDATE...TO CLEAR UP ANY RUMORS....AVERY HAD A TEST AT ABOUT 11-12 THIS AFTERNOON. THE DR CAME IN AT ABOUT 2 TO TELL THE FAMILY THAT THERE WAS NO BLOOD FLOW TO THE BRAIN. HIS WORDS WERE "HER SOUL IS IN HEAVEN." THEY NEEDED TO KEEP HER ON LIFE SUPPORT UNTIL ALL THE MEDS COULD GET OUT OF HER SYSTEM TO DO A NEUROLOGICAL TEST FOR MORE PROOF THAT SHE HAD NO BRAIN FUNCTION. THIS COULD TAKE 1-3 DAYS. HER HEART STOPPED ON ITS OWN AT ABOUT 5:17 PM. THANK GOD FOR THAT B/C THEY WERE LOOKING AT DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO TAKE HER OFF LIFE SUPPORT. PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR LAUREN AND RYAN AND THE REST OF THE FAMILY." This is exactly how it happened, And DIRECTLY from a witness, and a member of the family.

this is so sad !! i am praying for the family. are they going to try and donate any of her organs? i know there are a lot of children out there that have been on a long waiting list for organs. This precious little girl is an angel in Heaven with God now.
