I was in the doctor's lounge the other day and over heard this converstion. Dr. J had been on vacation and apparently his assistant was in charge of the office visits. Dr. J asked assistant Dr. A how things went while he was away. Dr. A said he had a patient to come in complaining of a headache. Dr. J asked what did he do, Dr. A advised patient to take 2 Advil. Dr. J said ok that is ok. Dr. A said he had a couple of patients with minor problems and they were resolved with no complications. But Dr. A said he did have a lady to come rushing into the office and starting taking off her clothes and jumped up on the exam table. Dr. J asked Dr. A what was the problem? The lady said, "Dr. A I haven't seen a man in 5 years!" Dr. J said, what did you do? Dr A. said I gave her some eye drops!
