Adairsville usually has a pumpkin patch that is coincidentally called "The Pumpkin Patch" every year.  the charge admissions, but the last time I went with my nephews, they had hay rides, a petting zoo with farm animals, face painting, I think a small corn maze, tons of pumpkins of course, and all of the accessories like corn, squash, scare crows, etc.

There's the church on Turner McCall near FMC.  They always have a pumpkin fundraiser.

It'a not local, but Burt's Pumpkin Patch, just outside the entrance to Amicolola Falls, is great.  We go there every year.

My daughter enjoyed a field trip last year to Carlton Farms in Rockmart.

We go to the Pumpkin Patch in Adairsville every year.  They don't charge admission to browse the pumpkins and take advantage of the photo ops, but they do charge for the maze/petting zoo/hayride/face painting, etc...

We look forward to it!
