lol which part RGS.
If you refer to the last part, it was about 2 months ago I was in Food Lion lot when car with county health seal on it and a gov plate pulled in. Teen girl about 17 got out with friend in tow went into store came out with bag in about 5 mins (I was waiting for wife) got in car and drove away after flying thru the lot.
But then I fly thru lot to, so cant say much on that one.

According to the Rome Police Department:
Stephen Alexander Milicki, 40, of Dallas, was taken into custody and charged with indecent exposure Wednesday after the driver of a tractor trailer called 911 to report his actions to police. Milicki told officers that he normally drives with his pants down.

OK I take back the 176K pontoon boat as the biggest waste of money. That may pay for itself in 20 or 30 years.

I was under the impression that the picture was taken of the license plate and the ticket was sent to the address on the registration of the plate? How can a boo-boo like this happen? Can somebody fill me in?

| i dunno but it sure did... they sent a picture w/ the citation and she didnt even own a car similar to it so i dunno... how you been friend???

I've been busy with work lately, jpgreen.... thanks for asking.
Fort Oglethorpe is busy installing some of the cameras at various intersections so I am curious as to how this system works. Thanks for the explanation.

| I for one like spices idea.....another place I feel tax dollars are wasted is when you see the county or state hiway crews that have traffic backed up for milesand you got one in the ditch working and about ten standing by watching him sweat his a.. off... whats up with that???? | I think a big waste (besides mine, oh, that waist isn't it?) is all the studies to prove what is already known and then doing nothing to correct the situation. For instance, we're not paying our (police, public health, teachers, etc.) department employees enough, let's do a 40 mil study to see how much we're not paying them enough. The study shows exactly what we already knew but we just spent 40 mil for the study so we really can't aford to give a raise in pay. They will just have to wait until next year, we will do another study then.
