| Their chicken tenders look like they make two or three per chicken breast. They are huge. Last edited on Sun Jan 20th, 2008 09:49 pm by SouthernRain

I haven't visited their Rome location, so I can't comment on them specifically, but I have been pulled (against my will) to another location by friends multiple times. Their meat was pretty dry to me every time.

RGS, I forgot to come back here and tell you that I LOVE Shane's !! I have been twice and had the HOT chicken tenders and fries both times.
On top of all the good stuff you bragged about, they gave me extra bleu cheese dressing for FREE

Chicken tenders are fresh but when ordered without any sauce they are totally tasteless, as there is just a flour coating and no seasoning at all.
The Ranch dressing is just the little containers from kens steakhouse which I never cared for.
May try them again someday with sauces, but without is a big no no for me.

| Brunswick stew with all those green peppers, YUCK. Made me toss out the over dried pork and the bottom of the barrell sweet tea too. I guess I got spoiled on the good stuff at Troy's. Last edited on Thu Mar 13th, 2008 06:44 pm by NeverEnough

| Me and my husband went there this past weekend. Mine was pretty good, but my husbands hamburger was not. It was HOT PINK inside and still really cold. He has a very weak stomach and couldnt even eat anything else. They were going to give us the money back AND offer something else to him for free. They were very nice about it, but it just wasnt a good experience, needless to say.

I was there Wednesday night . Had the boneless HOT tenders, tater salad and baked beans. YUMMY! Got my 3 bleu cheese dressings again ... at no additional charge. One of the owners just loves it when I brag about how that is one of the main reasons I come to his store. He told me again Wed. night that extra dressing was certainly not anything to lose a customer over.

| we have ate there several times and just love it!! i usually get the sampler platter. they have the best ribs and there is usually enough for me to share with somebody else. i have to agree about the brunswick stew though. doesn't even come close to the log cabins. over all good food for a very good price!!!

Well at least you dont have to pick from:- Country Fried Cow Turds
- Spaghetti made with beef made from "beef hearts and various animal pieces)
- Gerbil-based BLTs
- Taco Mixture made from yesterdays leftover hamburgers (again with the beef hearts and various animal pieces)
- Smoked Donkey Dongs. (LMAO!)
I'm SO sick of salad! LOL!
