 I just saw on the RNW that the ACC granted a alcohol permit for a new Vietnamese restaurant.  Does anyone know where it is going to be?  I LOOOOVVVEEEE Vietnamese food and I'm tired of driving to Kennesaw to get it.

 Yup authentic Vietnamese cooked by Mongols, owned by Pakistanis, ran by Jamaicans, and served by Mexicans.
