We went to Olive Garden last night and I had the new Asiago Steak...it was supreme!!!

We also had an excellent waittress and when I left, I asked to see the manager so I could tell him.  The girl up front look worried until I said it was "good" news.  Even the manager was shocked that I wanted to tell him good things instead of bad things.  I guess people don't say "good job" as often as they say "you stink..."

We too went there recently and it was fabulous....from the food right down to the service! We will be repeat customers for a long time no doubt!

The food is always good.  The service so far has been hit or miss.  I have chalked that up to them just opening and still working out the bugs.

I gave it three tries.  The first time the food and the service were excellent, but the last two times were not at all satisfactory.  I have never eaten in a restaurant where you could not get the kind of salad dressing you want, but all you get at Olive Garden is vinegar and oil.  Seems to be the trade mark of Italian Restaurants and I do not like vinegar and oil dressing!

I go quit often for the soup and salad (all you can eat) and I get ranch dressing on my salad no problem, the service has always been excellent.

Recently, RNpara and I went to the Olive Garden for our 6th anniversary.  The service was good, not overbearing, the appetizers were good, and the main course was great. The only problem I had was with the salad. Normally, the salad peppers I get on a salad around here are not hot, so I took the pepper from our salad and ate it. OH, MY GOD!!!! it took my breath! I have eaten habanero peppers that were cold compared to that one!!!! it brought tears to my eyes twice, once then and once later!!!! The waitress thought she had done something wrong. Jenna was laughing so hard, I couldn't speak for a couple of minutes and the poor girl just stood there with a frightened look on her face. after I caught my breath, we explained that it was not anything she had done. she looked relieved, and made sure I never had less than a half glass of tea the rest of our meal. Other than the pepper, the salad was great too.
