I guess that if he climbed the second fence a feed himself to the croc then the parents would have sued the zoo and got rich.

That little boy has some serious problems.

yeah-where were the parents.  My kids are older now and I still try to know where they are at all times- when they were younger- you can bet your last dollar I always knew where they were and they were never unsupervised.   I wish they would have reported something about the parents-wonder if they even noticed him gone??

I would agree with you but by the time a kid has reached the age of 7, and nothing has been done to curtail his "meanness", I don't think at this point in his life, spanking would make any difference to him. A child needs discipline from the time they begin to understand what the word no and getting their hand smaked means. I am an advocate of spanking but only if it will help control the situation.

If this child or any other has had any type discipline since the day he was born he would be a good and decent kid.  If you gonna let your child get away with stuff at age 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 etc.  He will do it forever.
