I was coming back from Atlanta today and noticed that there were workers at what was supposed to be the new Hooters. I had been thinking that the former operator of Hooters was having problems with it. I had heard that Hooters Inc. wasnt happy with how the former had handled things in Rome. I even heard that the former landlord had leans on the new property. I dont know which if any is true. I do know I saw people working there today. Anybody know anything?

The RNT reports they are "filling in holes" and nothing is being done to the building. No new owners. So no excuses..... I mean reasons to go to the stadium are needed just yet!
