OMG that is so sad have yall read about the child they pulled out of a swimming hole in silver creek, CPR started, doesn't sound good. It is so sad when a child is lost, we all need to pray for the child and the family.

Prayers for the child and family. As a parent, it's a worst nightmare. :(

You should've seen the whole pic. It was the worst thing I've been to so far. I'm still nauseated from it all.

I've been affected by every call I've been on, but for some reason this accident and the drowning up at Rocky Mountain have just made me so nauseated afterwards. Don't know why, but this is just so awful.

i know, drownings are a little different, and anything involving a kid will affect you in that way, just shows you are human and you have a heart, way to go hayden i knew you were normal, JK no really man if it didn't bother you i would be worried, it will pass  i promise.

not only the family needs our prayers, but each of the rescuers on scene also. many people don't know how this will affect a person in their position, but i can say they will be needing to talk to someone to get through this ordeal.

Hayden, your feelings are normal, If you need someone to talk to that has been there, PM me at any time. I can tell you this, don't bottle your feelings about an incident inside. find a release valve and use it. If you bottle them inside, they will suddenly break out and put you in a depressive state. Don't let that happen, find someone to vent to. I am here at anytime you might need me.  FREDY

Thanks Y'all. We haven't heard anything yet so maybe no news is good news.

Also, the coroner was called to the hospital right after the incident, but we've heard it was for a death from Coosa.

I observed first hand a lifeguard pull a kid from a public pool many years ago. The guy saved the boy with his quick response and good training. I do think of the event often. The kid had been under for some time and I feel would have died if not not for the person who saved him.
