Has anyone ever heard when or if Fricks is going to court in Calhoun? What was the outcome if he has been? Its been more than 30 days. Has anyone heard if he bumped it up to state court in Calhoun? Just a few questions I for one would like answers to. I would like to know if he has plead guilty or not guilty. I thought that most traffic tickets are usually before the judge within a 30 day period. Does anyone know the name of the officer in Calhoun That ARRESTED Fricks? Im hoping J.D is still keeping up with it. I had heard Fricks was trying to get his license straightened out in Florida before his court date in Calhoun, I guessing so they can take it again. Ill bet it will be hard for him to look in the eyes of the police and deputies at the county commission meeting tommorrow night. Unless he is procrastinating about going to it. You know what I mean , Fricksing it. Anyway Im all ears, hoping to hear from someone who knows.

Well I guess we now know we cant shame the commissioners into doing anything about Fricks since they will not talk about it. Ill say this, Ill promise this, Ill vote against everyone of them when they come up for election. They are all spineless and covering up for him. I would love to see one of them have enough backbone to speak about it. I cant believe that Eddie , who was a police officer and took an oath hasnt got enough backbone to speak out about it. Well like I said Ill vote against all of them, even if I dont know the person that runs against them.

The article about Fricks getting back his license sounds like he's doing pretty well on that. But I still have problems with this entire thing. He ran around for years with a suspended license that he said he didn't know about - according to the article. But he had to know or he would have had it renewed. He broke the driving laws back then. He still breaks the driving laws. If he's an outright liar to the police, he sure wouldn't think much about lying to anyone else. Wonder how many lies he'll tell to the judge? "Oh, they're little white lies... they don't count..." There is no insurance for people without a driver's license. How did he and his wife get around that for years? How much lying has been going on with those two? Wonder how he teaches his children anything... He's not at all trustworthy. Never was but we didn't know that. I feel sorry for those who work as inferiors to him. He almost sounds like he's whining about how difficult it is for him to get around and function without a license to do the commission work, his own job, and fix/rectify his criminal activities. I don't feel sorry for him! I feel sorry for the voters! What a piece of cake! Try living off the wage they've forced on the county public servants for years! Good grief! I need to stop because I'm getting all wound up and angry again! The very thought of Fricks shooting himself in the foot and then crying about it makes me so disgusted I can't see straight! I'll comment more later!

He has no right to be able to GO GET A LICENSE!!!!!! If it happened to me they would not allow me too! This is bull crap! Floyd County must be taking that judge to lunch!

Also, it would be very expensive to get insurance. Most companies won't insure you, if you've had suspended license.
