This man is such a complete liar. If I heard the video from CPD after the officer ran the check on him and determined he was driving under suspended, Mr Fricks said I should have told you I was suspended, and at the end he is claiming he had no idea he was suspended. He also knew he had NO insurance because he was trying to talk circles around that excuse. The video itself shows how much of a liar he truly is.

My wife and I just got back home from San Antonio,Texas, we walked in the house turned on the TV and what did I see? I saw the Garry Fricks Arrest Video on the Channel 46,11:00pm Nightly News. Great weekend plus a day, I got to see my new grandbaby over the weekend and see the the Frickster being put in a Calhoun Police Dept. patrol car on the Atlanta News when I got home. Both of which made me very happy. Now everybody knows. I guess the other commissioners will have to bury their heads a little deeper in the sand now and hope the rest of the Atlanta News agencies arent here tommorrow. I am very certain they are as proud of the FRICKSTER as I am of little Ben III. Sorry but life is good this week

Fricks did not appear for his court date but someone presented his case evidently because the judge said she was accepting nolo plead on all the counts and forfiture of bond in the amount of $750. At least that is what I understood from the video.

I spoke to the reporter just a while ago... apparently it all went VERY fast and he could not get anyone to comment. However, from what I understand, Spice you are correct. I am waiting on him to complete his story before we post anything simply because, I am not 100% sure of all of the details and he is still trying to hammer out the facts. Unlike most courts... they really do not care if anyone in the court room can hear or not.. they truck along and knock out the cases quick.
