The main reason he can do it Floyd County is because he helped reduce the amount of cars and coverage of police in Floyd County. Gives him more time to drive without getting caught. Now if he can continue to run off officers with expierence due to their pay, there will be less officers to spot him sneaking out for an illegal ride. How old is to old to join the police dept?, Ill be 62 next month. I think I might like to do it. It would be kinda like playin Wheres Waldo? Going out finding the county commissioner without a license. Some of you may not remember Where's Waldo?
