Instead of "I was procrastinating" "I am a county commissioner, but can't find out what was going on with my license (I mean geeze, I only had 7 years to look into it)"..................why does he not use the novel and genius argument that you use??? "I am above the law. I do not have to obey the law, and if you don't like it TOUGH, you're just jealous"......................................................................Now THAT I could respect, not some namby pamby procrastination defense or "my daughters needed a car, so i couldn't make a phone call to the DMV".............................UMMMMMMMMM, he has joint control of people's lives and a mutli million dollar budget, yet he can't keep a current license plate on his truck or keep his license valid????????????????????????????????????????????????????
