County 838 Is On The Scene.. Requesting E.M.S + Ga-Power 1:13am A fishing outing on Cedar Creek turned deadly Sunday evening, leaving one Cedartown woman dead. According to Coroner Trey Litesey, Dorothy Lynn Jones, 29, was pronounced dead shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday night. Litesey said that death by drowning is suspected, but Jones' body will be sent to the Crime Lab for a complete autopsy.
