Murder Suspect:
Around 2:45 p.m. police entered a home on the corner of Williamson Road and Watts Way. It was believed that Theron Ramon Plummer, 34, was inside.
Captain Mark Wallace, Floyd County police, said a murder warrant has been obtained for Plummer, who was last seen driving an early 1990s model silver Cadillac earlier this morning.
According to Sgt. David Bohannon of the Floyd County police:
Plummer is 5’10” tall and 170 lbs., stocky with a shaved head.
The victim was identified as Kimberly Ware, 39, who was living at 34 Woodland St. with relatives.
The two were separated and in the process of getting a divorce – there had been a history of domestic violence.

Oh my gosh..could you imagine? THAT would make the emergency room system look like the marines are running the show. I could just see the Mayberry office now. Husbands and wifes fighting it out right there in front of the cops and if someone complained you would here..they are next..getting to them as fast as we can while continuing to beat the snot out of each other.
